LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. Tariffs & Import Charges

Please note that DZO’s free shipping offer only covers delivery fees and excludes tariffs. You will be responsible for additional import charges such as local taxes or tariffs, which will be collected by the courier (e.g., UPS, DHL) upon the shipment’s arrival in your country.

If you would like to adjust the declared value to reduce customs duties, please leave a note when placing your order. We will adjust the declared amount accordingly to help lower this cost.

Our warehouses are located in China. If your order is shipped within China, no tariffs will apply.

For orders shipped outside China, import fees may be levied in accordance with local regulations.The price displayed at checkout does not include these charges. Import fees vary by country and are determined by the customs authority of your destination country. DZO has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount you may be charged. We recommend checking with your local government for detailed information on import and tariff costs before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

Order Confirmation
Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. All order processing times are calculated based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). For in-stock items, your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of placement.
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (excluding weekends) with our free shipping option. The exact delivery time depends on the distance from our China-based warehouses. Delays may occur if there are issues with customs clearance.
During peak promotional periods or in case of special inventory circumstances, we will notify you via email and the dispatch time may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time
After the shipment departs our warehouse, we offer standard delivery via DHL/UPS/SF Express. The final delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination region. Please note that deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays or Sundays, and these days are excluded when calculating the estimated delivery window.

3. Serviceable Regions & Restrictions

Serviceable RegionsWe offer delivery to most countries/regions worldwide. You can check if your destination is eligible by selecting the country/region from the dropdown list on the checkout page.
Restricted RegionsDue to logistics provider limitations or international shipping regulations, we are temporarily unable to deliver to a small number of specific countries/regions. If your location is not available for selection on the checkout page, delivery to that destination is currently not supported.


4. Order Information & Product Modifications

If your order has not been shipped and you need to modify the shipping details, products in the order, or other relevant information, please contact us within 3 days of placing the order via store@dzofilm.com. We will adjust your order accordingly.

5. Returned Shipments & Reshipping

Shipments may be returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts, usually caused by the following reasons:
  1. No one available to sign for the package
  2. Incomplete or inaccurate delivery address/recipient name
  3. Unclaimed package after delivery notification
  4. Unpaid tariffs
Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, we can reship it to you. You will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
If we attempt to contact you regarding the above issues but receive no response, or if you refuse the package and request order cancellation, you will bear all associated costs, including tariffs and round-trip shipping fees.

6. Handling Shipping Irregularities

Inspection Before SigningWhen accepting delivery, please inspect the outer packaging on the spot. If you notice severe damage, deformation, or water soaking, we recommend taking photos as evidence and contacting our customer service immediately.
Inspection After UnpackingWe advise recording a video while unpacking the package. If you find the internal products are damaged, please provide clear photos of the products, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of signing for the delivery. This will help us file a claim with the courier and resolve the issue for you promptly.
Lost ShipmentsIf the logistics tracking information shows an abnormal halt for more than 5 business days, please contact us in a timely manner. We will take full responsibility for tracking the shipment and filing a claim.

7. Inspection & Signature Upon Delivery

We offer a signature confirmation service for purchase, which you can opt for based on your personal needs. This service is designed to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your package, preventing theft or other delivery-related issues.
If you did not purchase the signature confirmation service, and the logistics tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it or suspect it has been stolen, we will fully cooperate with the investigation. However, we cannot arrange a refund or similar resolution in such cases.
Given the high value of most DZO products, please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. Once you (or your authorized agent) sign for the product, DZO will regard this as your confirmation of acceptance of the package, its contents, and the product quantity.
To avoid paying return shipping fees, please ensure someone is present to sign for your delivery. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for all reshipping costs.

8. Shipping to PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver orders to PO box addresses in the United States or Canada, as our courier partners do not service these locations.
If you placed your order using a PO box address, please provide an alternative residential or commercial street address for delivery.
